How to Redeem Your Booking

Once you’ve completed your booking with The SAM Tours, you will receive a confirmation voucher via email.

You can either print your voucher or show it on your mobile device when you arrive at the departure location.

Valid ID/Passport is required during the activity.

Our team will provide you with the departure location details upon booking.

Yacht availability is subject to booking.

Life jackets are mandatory for all passengers once aboard.

No pets or animals are allowed on board.

Soft drinks and refreshments are served, but guests are welcome to bring their own food.

For tours with transfer services, eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle are prohibited.

Sunset slots are available at 4 PM, 5 PM, and 6 PM and require a minimum 2-hour booking.

This tour is offered without transfer. The most convenient and cost-effective way to reach the yacht is via public transport, including taxis or metro.
